awesome Light Up Dark Knight Rises Batman Costume came just in time as darkness overtook
the Northeastern United States, ravaged by a ravenous Gotham city
nemesis, Hurricane Sandy!
originally asked what he wanted to be for Halloween, our five year old
boy expressed a new found maturity by claiming that he wants to be his
little three year old sister’s hero! He added that he now feels stronger
than ever as a big boy, and can help protect Mommy and family while Dad
is away working long hours into the frightening darkness of the night.
choosing the Batman costume was an adequate superhero for him in
representing his aspirations. Our boy truly possesses all the good
qualities of a dark vigilante; the desire to serve the innocent and
protect those in danger.
likewise, his alter ego as Bruce Wayne fits him perfectly. Being that
our boy is challenging, brilliant and eccentric, we always urge him to
consider running his own business, be his own boss and build his own
wealth. Though Wayne’s wealth was the result of an inheritance from his
parents’ tragic fate, our son has the potential to earn his own wealth
while enjoying his living parents.
year was a little tight for us so I gave my wife a couple of amazon
gift cards earned elsewhere as this year’s Halloween costumes budget,
and I have no idea how she was able to pull off such an amazing
selection for all our children, especially with this immensely awesome
Batman costume in addition to our daughter’s Batgirl Costume!
Batman Costume is a direct interpretation of the Christopher Nolan
Batman Film Trilogy with Christian Bale starring in the role of the Dark
Knight. This costume comes with a black Batman headpiece, a black
muscular jumpsuit simulating the film’s styling, a golden colored belt, a
Batman cape and a bat shape, brightly lit chest piece.
addition, my wife ordered the additional accessories such as the pair
of matching Batman The Dark Knight Child Gauntlet Gloves for Batman, though the costume
itself does include the gauntlets but not the gloves.
terrible storm ravaged much of the Northeast and left most of our towns
without power for days and into weeks. When Halloween arrived, it was
too dark to safely trick or treat in the streets of the night, even with
many brave dark crusaders. As a result, we celebrated the annual event
in the only place in Gotham city that had electricity, the mall!
night was brightly lit, crowded and hot, not that we were complaining
after being without heat, water and electricity for days, but the night
lacked an appropriate sense of darkness. Still, the kids loved it
immensely. In the end, the lights came back on towards the weekend and
my wife had the pleasure of hosting her long desired Halloween party
that weekend, full of scary sights, Egyptian Princesses, Jokers,
Batgirls & Batmen!
